Life Support continually strives to control cost effective monitoring by offering a competitive pricing structure for products and services. As a result, Life Support confronts any questionable insurance determinations to ensure that each patient receives full advantage of their healthcare benefits.

Usually, when an insurance company denies or under pays a claim, providers routinely balance-bill the patient and then direct the patient to resolve the questionable determination with the insurance carrier. Our billing practices will assure your clinic that we will not put the patient accountable, however, Life Support will resolve these determinations by our reputation and experience in managed-care to generate the most reasonable reimbursement. When Life Support files an appeal for any questionable denials and "low pays", the patient receives notification by our staff of the appeal which eliminates unnecessary call to your facility. In addition, Life Support always accepts the insurance allowable and under no circumstance directly bill your patients - with the exception of any applicable co-payments or deductibles.
